Yes, COD is available for orders above INR 699 on all serviceable pincodes.*

Items without tags will not be accepted

You will get a confirmation of the placed order on your registered email ID and phone number. Besides, we will further notify you once it is dispatched from our warehouse.
CANCELLATION, RETURN / EXCHANGE & REFUND
ou can cancel you order within 5 hours of placing the order via Instagram or mail. You can opt to cancel order by clicking the cancel order button in the Order confirmation message.
We strive to deliver the best quality standards, however, in case you receive a damaged / defective product, we should be notified within 24 hours of delivery. Also, we request you to email us a photograph of the damaged / defective product on:Instagram:@exhaul.in or mail: mail@exhaul.inIncase you fail to intimate about the same, return might not be processed.
We try our best to deliver the right products within time, however, in a few rare cases if you receive a different / wrong product, please visit the returns section on the website or raise a return request if you receive any wrong order.
Return request needs to be raised within 7 days of the delivery date.

Once it passes the QC, the refund for return or the request for exchange will be initiated within 72 hours. Once the product is dispatched, it will take 7-10 working days to reach you. Innerwear (Briefs, Trunks, Boxers), Socks, Sunglasses, Accessories, Perfumes and Face Masks cannot be returned keeping hygiene into consideration. In addition, orders including any free products received during promotional events/offers are not eligible for returns / exchanges.

In case of orders placed with discount is returned, the discount will be waived of and the products will be billed on MRP. The balance amount will be refunded to bank account.
For prepaid orders, the mode of refund depends on the mode of payment for the order. The amount would be credited to your account within 2-3 working days. If not, please get in touch with your respective bank.. In case of a non-promotional purchase, the full amount will be credited to the bank account.
